Embracing Nature and Serenity in a Chinese-Style Model Villa

The Hufeng Courtyard is a unique architectural marvel that integrates elements of mountain, lake, and cloud into its design. The villa's living room is bathed in natural sunlight that filters through the gauze curtains, creating a tranquil yet dynamic space. The living room and dining area are separated by six artistic glass screens, creating an intimate setting for family gatherings.

The villa's design is characterized by its modern Chinese style. The staircase beside the dining room is a testament to this, as is the elegant and peaceful master bedroom. The villa also includes an elders' room on the first floor, adjacent to the courtyard, ensuring convenience for the seniors in the family.

The Hufeng Courtyard is constructed using a variety of materials including marble, oak wood flooring, bronze-like stainless steel, tinted sandalwood panel, white sintered stone panel, fabric covering, and glass. The delicate white marble wall in the living room presents a vivid view of mountain and lake, while the marble floorings with water wave-like grain and matte tinted sandalwood panels create a modern "landscape painting".

The villa covers an area of 253 square meters and was completed within a span of five months, from May to October 2019. The design process involved several adjustments to the public area to balance the functional spaces and cater to the needs of each family member. The design team, led by Chief Designers Ye Fei and Tao Zhilan, successfully overcame these challenges to create a dwelling that interprets an elegant and poetic lifestyle.

The Hufeng Courtyard has been recognized for its innovative design and was awarded the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise, innovation, and artistic skill, and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
